You will have an extremely important job as a 911 Operator. You will become an operator and receive emergency calls from all cities in the United States, coordinating with the police, ambulance, or fire truck to the location where the call is received.

These are random calls and you will receive calls from any place that you cannot know. The calls all have different contents and different urgency, giving you extremely new emotions.

There are calls to report crimes, and you will clearly feel the fear of the caller through each word and breathing. You will also have to reassure the caller so that they can calm down and give you the clearest information.
